Elmer was originally created out of a need to make something messy and larger. He was made from Elmer’s glue and a tshirt over wire and foam. Over the years he has travelled with me to creative events and exhibitions, always riding in the front seat with me. He is the perfect travel companion and is in my personal collection.

If you see me at an event there is a huge change you’ll get to “meet” him. :)

Orchitinia i” is an original, one-of-a-kind mixed media sculpture and art doll.

As with most of my creatures and beings, Orchitinia is humanoid and was reborn from the earth. A lost world; what was left of our planet. In her previous life, she was or dreamt of being dancer. Over time her body formed from attaching bits and pieces of her surroundings and from her memories and desires to create a new species. She is the first of her kind. She will protect the oceans and inhabitants by distracting harm with her hypnotic sea dance.

"Nebula"

A dragon child with a nebula; the universe in it's belly. Nebula is a mutation of human-like form, somewhat mechanical, and a combination of fantasy and realistic creatures, all born from and pieced together through earths fragments.

"Eudora" Featured in the 2013 Fall edition of Art Doll Quarterly! SOLD

Eudora, means "good and generous gift" in Greek.

She's a sea nymph who left the waters to become a healer and protector. Over the course of her journey, fragments of earth attached to her body, piecing together into a dwelling where she, for ages now, has guarded and protected the most fragile of gifts: Life!This mixed media piece was created using various techniques and mediums. Her face was sculpted in polymer clay. The cage and torso was constructed from remnants of wire, vintage metal findings, plaster cloth and apoxie sculpt. The headdress, body and cage "costuming" was made by layering dried leaves, orchid petals, moss, twigs, quartz crystals, paper and glue. A partial face is painted subtly in the texture of her lower torso. The eggs were sculpted in Paperclay. The piece was painted with acrylics and sealed. She measures approximately 16.5 inches tall x 6 inches at her widest and is one of a kind.

”Tourmaline”
Like the black stone is an earth healer who absorbs bad or negative energies from the earth through her roots. The geode cavity in her torso contains a "heart" stone. This stone completes the process of turning the negatively into love and radiates it back out into the atmosphere.

Virentra, is a humanoid species, reborn and pieced together from remnants and fragments of what was left of our earth after we nearly destroyed everything. Usually during their reformation, they channel energy from the materials from time periods, memories or dreams. She definitely is feeling the 80's.

Each pieces is lovingly created by me from start to finish. They are molded and cast from my original sculptures. They are then hand finished so each will be unique. (The horns, teeth and aged paint finish will vary slightly from these images)

Each piece is signed on the back. It will come in a box with a very special decorative Scroll ~ COA (Certificate of Authenticity). *This will reveal the name of the dragon and it's purpose or history.

Metamorphosis is a very personal piece I sculpted while going through a transformative time of growth and a test of strength.

It was hand sculpted in polymer clay, then molded and hand cast by me.

Only a handful of them will be made, each with a different finish.

Here are two versions:

Top one is sold.

Bottom one is currently available. She has has resin “honey” in the honeycomb like cavities encasing her exposed, yet strong dragon heart.

Sprout!
A gift from Mother nature trying to preserve the faerie realm and all of it’s creatures. Sprout sprung right up out of the ground like a tree and has helped a once desolate forest, regrow and flourish. This adorable little forest friend plants seed pods and encourages plants to grow. Some need a little more help to get started… various plants and fungi sprout from his body and once they are healthy and thriving he plants them. Along the he picks up any who need a little help and offers it to them, replanting them when they are ready.

This handsome fella is Geo, he’s a jewelry smith. He collects natural items, healing stones, crystals and geodes (which is how he got his name “Geo”). He collects them during the day but by night he works by firelight using his tiny tools to turn the crystals into tiny holdable or wearable sparklies for the faeries.
